Poland will sign ACTA- claims Michal Boni, Polish secretary of state (minister) in charge of digital technologies and administration on the pages of Poland's most pro-governmental daily. Numerous protests in Internet brought very little. Polish public opinion is ruled by oligopolised television market, with only one private nationwide television network, and another one, second in coverage, that is controlled by the ruling conservative group and had problems directly before the recent elections, to allow oposing parties to dispute with leaders of their own party.
