Ukraine: over 1500 observers registered for elections

According to 'Kyiv Post', ukrainian electoral commissions have registered 1583 of foreign observers, who would monitor president elections on 17th of January.
Ukrainian prime minister, Julia Tymoszenko, who's also a candidate for president office, has promised, that on Thursday the 17th she would do her best to make elections honest and clear.
At the meeting with Heidi Tagliavini, a chief of OSCE mission in Europe, Tymoszenko announced, that she would assure european standards.
Latest opinion polls, that ukrainian law not allow to publish in two-weeks time before elections, indicate, that Tymoszenko takes second place just after the leader of Region's Party, Wiktor Janukowycz. 18 candidates run for election.
