A new party - Poland Plus

Today the deputies of parliamentary circle 'Poland Plus' established a new political party. Jerzy Polaczek, minister of sport in Marcinkiewicz and Kaczyński government, became a president of formation. A main motto of new party is 'More for Poland - independent Right-center'.
A leader of parliamentary circle 'Poland Plus', that gathers 8 men, is Ludwik Dorn, former marshal do Seym, former vice-prime minister and former chairman of Home Office. He used to be known as a 'third twin', now remaining in deep conflict with brothers Kaczyński.
Management of Poland Plus consists also of Marcin Lubicki, former deputy to EU parliament of L&J, erased from the electoral register at the last moment by Jarosław Kaczyński, as a result of Lubicki having problems with vetting process. Lucjan Karasiewicz has been chosen secretary of board. Other members of the board are Kazimierz Michał Ujazdowski, a former minister of culture, and Jarosław Sellin, his assistant.
The aim of Poland Plus is to prepare a 'third wave of polish reforms'. A new proposal of Poland Plus is to create a formation's program in, so called, 'inner referendum', in which all of the members vote.
Poland Plus presents first program postulates. According to the leaders of the party, having fulfilled 6 conditions, in 2020-2030 Poland has a chance for a 'golden age'. Conditions are:
1. broadening a range of economic liberty of Poles
2. unblocking social development by a reform of finance and pension system
3. building a solidarity between generations
4. rebuilding reproductiveness of polish families
5. making people aware of the fact, that reforms of 'the third wave' will bring immediate benefits, not renouncements
6. starting to treat expenses for education, culture and science as profitable investments
Poland Plus wants to lower the lowest tax rate to 16%, postulates also abolishment of pension tax.
The main constitutional propositions of Poland Plus are: presidential system, majority system of electoral ordinance to parliament and amplifying a role of referendum.
In the nearest six months the party's going to hold a national congress. Perhaps. it will also start in parliamentary elections and put up a candidate to president elections.
