Questioning of Beata Kempa (Law and Justice - PiS) before the investigation commission was a demonstration of CP's lack of professionalism and the final burial of chances for gambling commission to be able to clarify anything. Mirosław Sekuła, as a commission's leader, completely lost his authority, becoming a regular party's servant.

It's not about anything else, but preventing clearing up the case. The commission, like formerly Plalikot, is trying to impress the publicity. What does long discussion about high education of Kempa has in common with clearing up the backgrounds of creating the 'gambling law' in Poland?

In this case, it's not of importance who's backing up L&J or CP. We're observing a process of destroying important constitutional tools of executive power by a legislation power. It causes, that, if it becomes to real national crisis, nobody will have a courage to create any investigation commission.

CP drafts itself a bad certificate. In the nearest future we may observe the phenomenon, that even the most favorably disposed media, caring for popularity, are closing protective umbrella to show a real face of CP. A face that can be associated with a text message sent by one of a members of KRRiT after being questioned in 'Rywin affair' investigation: 'Glory for us and our colleagues, away with motherfuc…'.

Motherfuc…, in author's of that message opinion, were minister Halbera and Jan Rokita (CP). Now, younger colleagues of Rokita have taken over the tactic of Czarzasty and Kwiatkowski.

Well, power demoralizes.
