Minister Krzysztof Kwiatkowski, in Minisrty of Justice's press conference, explained to journalists the idea of e-courts. Kwiatkowski said, that e-courts 'would intervent in cases relating to vindication of debts, that didn't require a complicated hearing of evidence.'. It's about e.g. unpaid telephone bills. A creditor applicates to the court via e-mail. The idea is, that the court decides the case within few days. A debtor gets the information about institution of proceedings via traditional mail. Parties in a suit can appeal against conviction via traditional or electronic way.
