Investigation commission without Wasserman and Kempa in the end?

Zbigniew Wassermann testifying before parliamentary commission investigating the backstage of the work on 'hazard law' said, that instead of him, the place for witnesses should've been taken by Chlebowski and Drzewiecki. He emphasized that testifying before the commission humiliated him. It's hard to disagree with that. Questioning members of Jarosław Kaczyński's government, not being involved in hazard matters, appears to be an attempt of paralyzing commission's work.
Nevertheless, Parliamentary Analysis Bureau has publicized an information, that commission's witnesses cannot participate in commission's work as investigators. It's easy to predict consequences of that move. LaJ (PiS) won't propose alternates for Kempa and Wassermann and the commission will be working without the biggest opposing party's representatives. The only opposition's representative will be Bartosz Arłukowicz from DLA (Sojusz Lewicy Demokratycznej). One can guess that the commission won't clarify a case and it's work will become a mockery of investigation commission's institution.
It appears that times when parliamentary investigators had an ability to explain anything have gone with the wind and the commission having investigated the 'Rywingate' affair. Here it's also an interesting epilogue anyway. The author of the most radical (and admitted by then parliament) report, Zbigniew Ziobro, has been negotiating a TVP's takeover along with affair's negative characters: Robert Kwiatkowski and Włodzimierz Czarzasty. Present leader of DLA (Sojusz Lewicy Demokratycznej), Grzegorz Napieralski, is also far from showing repentance for irregularities in working on media law. In his opinion there was no 'Rywingate' affair at all. Times, when DLA politicians affirmed that it was less allowed for this party have gone as well…
